Community Insights – See detailed information and gain insights about your own community or, with a custom insights report, any audience you’re interested in.
Best Time to Tweet (BTTT) – Analyse the timelines of the followers of a community (your community, a third-party community or a specific audience) and generate a report showing you when you should Tweet to reach the maximum number of these followers and so engage with them more effectively.
Tweet Analytics – Measure and improve the effectiveness of your Tweets. See how successfully a Tweet has performed in terms of likes, replies and Retweets.
Real-Time Analytics – Visualise real-time data for your Twitter community, a list, or using the search option, monitor a hashtag/keyword. The data is based on a timeframe of the previous five minutes and the panels and widgets update every minute. Identify users who are online at that moment and interact with them.
Account Comparison – Compare up to three owned or source accounts to see, for example, insights about Twitter community in comparison with one or two other competitor accounts.
Benchmark – Compare the growth of your Twitter account with other accounts of similar age, size and sector, in terms of followers, following, Tweets, lists and Kred score.
Followers Retention/Churn – Analyse the behaviour over time of your new followers. See how many of those followers have remained a part of your community (retention), interacted with your profile (engagement) or unfollowed you (churn).
